Digital Delivery

Zynapse Studios provides digital educational services only. No physical products are sold or shipped. All program materials, dashboards, and certificates (where applicable) are delivered electronically.

How Content Is Delivered

• Access to course materials and internship-style assignments is granted via the participant account dashboard or by email following successful payment confirmation.
• Digital certificates, when awarded, are issued electronically and may be downloaded or delivered by email.

Delivery Timing

Digital access is typically granted immediately or within a short period after payment confirmation. In some cases, manual verification may be required and delivery may take additional time; we will notify participants if verification is necessary.

Charges

There are no shipping charges for digital services. Standard taxes and gateway fees (if applicable) are disclosed at checkout.

Support & Issues

If you do not receive access to your purchased program within a reasonable time after payment, contact support at support@zynapse.studio with your payment reference and account details.
